At DraftKings Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original packaging.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Please ensure all original tags are attached to the apparel to ensure a smooth inspection process.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
